Altimeter"Altimeter" is an application which turns your mobile or your tablet into an altimeter-variometer.The elevation can be measured either with the GPS receiver or the pressure sensor if the device is fitted with. Important point : once calibrated, the elevation given by the pressure sensor is far more accurate than the one given by the GPS receiver. Display can be indifferently defined as analog or digital, and the choice can be made independently for the altimeter and the variometer. Possibles units of measure for the elevation are meters or feet. Possibles units of measure for the vertical speed are meters per second or feet per minute.
