Panorama of the chaine des PuysDuring your hikings in the chaine des Puys, located in the massif central and, more precisely, in the Puy de Dôme french department, this application allows you to easily identify the volcanoes which are part of it.Depending on your current location, determined via the GPS receiver fitted in your phone, the application adds tags on the volcanoes which are in the field of the camera. These tags have the name of the vulcano written on them. It is possible to freeze the image with the tags, so that it is easier to examine the result of the data analysis. A click on the tag shows a dialog box where additional information about the volcano are displayed : distance to the top; age , type of vulcano and short description, if known. Confidentiality rule : this application needs access to your GPS position and your camera to be able to do what it is designed for. The information gathered are only used on your device and are, in no way and at no time, sent to a distant server for any kind of use.
